What to bring: A yoga mat, for Pilates & Yoga, small sweat towel and water (Unlimited Alkaline, Ionized Water is available in the Centre for your refreshment and Health – Water is a gift of the earth and we refuse to charge for it!)

What to eat before class: It is a good idea not to have a heavy meal 1-2 hours before class. A light snack would be sufficed if you are hungry. Please ensure that you are well hydrated before class

Timing: Please arrive 15 minutes before class. We will not permit any who is late into class as it disrupts the flow of the class.

Cell phones: Please make sure your cell phone is turned off when entering the centre.

Fragrances: Please refrain from wearing fragrances when coming into centre

Change room: A change room & shower facilities are available
