A class based on slow integrated postures for those who find difficulty with flexibility or may have injuries that they are concerned with. Our beginner’s class is based on a hatha form of yoga. This class can help to decrease stress, and increase flexibility.
Vinyasa Flow vinyasa meaning breath synchronized movement is a series of poses that you will be asked to move through on either an exhale or an inhale. It is a fast paced yoga with cardiovascular benefits and can increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and reduces levels of stress.
