Shannon’s pride and joy lies with her husband, Jan Frank Kulhay, together for over 25 years, and their three beautiful children, Jessica, Sierra, and Xavier. She firmly believes that educating our children will create healthier families and communities, mentally, physically and spiritually in the future.
Jan Frank Kulhay - Certified Microscopist and Phlebotomist
Jan Frank Kulhay attended Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario where he developed a passion for microbiology. His desire to further help people get and stay well, led him to continue his microbiology studies in Phoenix, Arizona in the United States. He completed multiple studies under the direction of Dr. Gunter Enderlein, the famous medical doctor and scientist, as well as Dr. Hulda Clarke. Jan has been in practice for 20+ years, working closely in Toronto, Ontario with Dr. Zoltan Rona, the award-winning Canadian medical doctor, author and nutritional expert. He is the proud father of 3 children, Jessica, Sierra and Xavier, and is married to his high-school sweetheart Shannon Kulhay, who is also a nutritionist, microscopist and allergy technician. Jan and his family live on a 50 acre farm near Belfountain, Ontario where they enjoys the outdoors. He is recognized nationally and internationally as an award-winning Ontario and Canadian champion in the sport of clay target sports. Jan is also a sought-after teacher and offers courses to health professionals in Livecell Microscopy and sport enthusiasts in clay target sports.
