Meditative Hatha Yoga Series – Fight The February Blahs!!

Benefits: Develop strength, flexibility, improve coordination and increase cardiovascular efficiency with peaceful yoga practices. This safe approach for integrating mind/body patterns helps to balance life’s energies and promote personal and spiritual wellbeing.

For Whom: Beginner to Intermediate Yoga Students

Class Time: Wednesdays, 6:15 to 7:15 p.m.
