Intro to Yoga

Have you been wanting to learn yoga but not quite ready
for a big studio setting?

Join Maricelle Campbell of Balanced Strength Yoga for a
6-week workshop for beginners where you will:

Learn the foundational poses safely and effectively
Get individualized attention
Have the opportunity to ask questions

Classes are 60 minutes long and will be held at:
Oakville Naturopathic Wellness Centre (beside Bronte GO)

Option 1: Tuesdays 6pm, Oct 6, 13, 20, 27; Nov 3, 10
OR
Option 2: Saturdays 12 noon, Oct 17, 31; Nov 7, 14, 21, 28

Cost: $80 + HST

Maricelle Campbell practiced yoga for over 10 years before finally taking the plunge and enrolling in Kula Oakville’s 200 hour teacher training program. Realizing her passion for teaching, she founded Balanced Strength Yoga as a way to offer her teachings to students, new and experienced alike. In order to continually enhance her knowledge, she attends continuing education workshops throughout North America.

Maricelle is a firm believer that yoga can benefit everyone and so should be easily accessible for everyone.
