Tracy Houle, Registered Holistic Nutritionist

Tracy has been a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition since 2016. She has a deep passion for natural health, and at the heart of her practice is the belief that food is medicine. 

Her approach to working with her clients is positive and gentle since lifestyle changes can be challenging and can be met with some resistance. Through her delicate and slow process, she helps build everlasting habits and routines around food and wellness. 

Tracy aims to help break through resistance and build healthy habits that last a lifetime rather than use the latest fad diet. Through her gentle approach, you can expect to incorporate traditional whole foods that have endured the test of time, eating in a way that is natural and not through deprivation or starvation. 

The ultimate goal is to prevent and treat diseases first and foremost by eating a nutrient-dense diet. But ultimately, Tracy believes that we should be able to eat anything we want when the time calls for it.

What is unique about Tracy is her educational background. She is constantly improving her knowledge of healthy eating and lifestyles through continuing education. 

Following her RHN designation, she also earned certifications in the following programs:

  • Functional Nutrition Coach through the Josh Gitalis Functional Nutrition Certification Program
  • Mind Body Eating Coach through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating
  • Nutrigenomics: Genetic Testing for Personalized Nutrition through Dieticians of Canada in collaboration with Nutrigenomix(R)
  • Functional Microbiome Certification through the Functional Microbiome Program
