“Creating Freedom Within”, that is Chris Robertson’s motto. In life, making decisions that were uncomfortable but remaining true to him self was important to find peace within himself.  He strives to help his clients achieve their fitness goals but is always there to support them, and encourage them to deal with their inner struggles as a friend and a great listener.  He has facilitated his clients to transform their bodies physically, which has had a powerful impact on their inner selves.

From the age of five, Chris Robertson played a multitude of sports; hockey, baseball and soccer to name a few, where he achieved great success in all these sports (All-star Selections and Championships). Throughout his life, sports and fitness have been his passion

From running marathons in Ontario (a sub 3hour time) to doing triathlons across Ontario, fitness has always taken the front seat in Chris's life.

Chris started training people part time in 1991. He left his career in finance in 2004 to focus on being a personal trainer and started Power Results Personal Training. With much satisfaction and success, he has now helped to co-found Oakville Naturopathic Wellness Centre.Certifications: Personal Trainer Specialist, First Aid, CPR, Kick Boxing Level 1 & 2, Pilates, Aqua Fit, Bosu, Power Lifting/Strength teaching

Accomplishments: Owner of Power Results Personal Training in Oakville., Rep hockey in the MTHL for 14 yrs., Participated and completed the Toronto & Mississauga Marathons 1995- 2004, corporate sponsorship., Participated and completed triathlons in the Ontario region 2002- 2007, corporate sponsorship., Trained a nationally ranked swimmer in Oakville 2005-2012.

Sheryl Ross M.Kin., B.Ed., Registered Kinesiologist, Sport Nutritionist (IOC)

Sheryl has over 20 years of experience in health, nutrition and exercise programming. Sheryl has worked in both clinical type settings, as well as with elite level athletes and has therefore experience with people of many different abilities, ages and conditions. She holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology & Sports Nutrition, as well as a degree in Education, and is currently working on a Diploma in Sport Nutrition through the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Sheryl is also an NCCP Certified Coach for Swimming and Triathlon.

In her past, Sheryl was a National level competitive swimmer. Sheryl understands the need for optimal health, strength and nutritional planning to support performance. Sheryl still currently trains and races all distances of triathlon from Sprint to Ironman, recently returning from the World Age Group Triathlon Championships in Chicago with a Bronze medal for Canada. She knows what it takes to perform at your best and is excited to share her expertise to help others succeed!

Being immersed in the areas of health and athletics most of her life, Sheryl has a strong passion to help others reach their personal wellness and athletic goals. Solid and educated exercise plans, as well as proper nutrition are major components of these. She looks forward to meeting you!
